Head of Enterprise Development & Sustainability

FULL-TIME · ON-SITE · MORATUWA · DOMESTIC TRAVEL REQUIRED

Sarvodaya, Sri Lanka's largest and longest-running community development movement, is hiring a Head of Enterprise Development and Sustainability to lead and professionalize its social enterprises, farms, and income-generating assets, building a sustainable financial engine that funds the Movement's mission for the next 60 years.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop and lead Sarvodaya's overall Enterprise Development & Sustainability strategy.
• Translate approved enterprise strategies into operational plans and ensure effective implementation across enterprise units.
• Drive business plans, budgets, revenue targets, and KPIs for each enterprise.
• Monitor enterprise financial and operational performance, identify gaps, and implement improvement actions.
• Establish and strengthen operational systems, SOPs, quality standards, and performance management practices.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Degree/qualification in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Agriculture, or Development Management
• 5+ years’ experience managing multiple businesses, enterprises, or operational units
• Strong command of budgeting, financial analysis, and performance management
• Excellent command of the English language, both verbal & written, and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and team-management capability
