KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

n - Welcome and assist patients and visitors professionally.
n - Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints with care and confidentiality.
n - Follow up on patient satisfaction and service concerns.
n - Monitor and respond professionally to online reviews.
n - Coordinate with hospital departments to resolve concerns promptly.
n
n
QUALIFICATIONS
n
n - 1-2 years of Experience in hospital, healthcare, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
n - Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala
n - Friendly, empathetic, and patient-focused attitude.
n - Ability to work in Fast-paced hospital environment.
