Uga Riva is seeking a passionate and accomplished Head Butler to join our team. We are seeking an experienced, guest-focused, and service-oriented professional who is passionate about delivering personalized luxury service, anticipating guest needs, and creating exceptional and memorable experiences while leading a high-performing Butler team.

As a Head Butler, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing bespoke and attentive service that exceeds expectations. You will anticipate guest preferences, coordinate tailored experiences, ensure seamless service delivery, and maintain the highest levels of professionalism and discretion. Through exceptional attention to detail and a passion for hospitality, you will play a key role in creating unforgettable luxury experiences while upholding Uga's service standards and brand values.

The Ideal Profile We Are Looking For:

• A Proven Track Record: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Butler service or a similar guest-facing role, preferably within a luxury hotel, resort, private villa, or high-end hospitality environment.
• Operational Excellence: Hands-on experience in coordinating guest requests, villa/room preparations, dining arrangements, housekeeping coordination, and other personalized services while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
• Exceptional Guest Service: Strong understanding of personalized service, guest preferences, etiquette, and luxury hospitality standards, with the ability to anticipate guest needs and create memorable experiences.
• Attention to Detail & Discretion: Highly organized, attentive to detail, and discreet, with the ability to manage guest preferences, personal information, special requests, and VIP arrangements with the highest level of confidentiality.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and courteous personality and the ability to interact confidently with local and international guests from diverse backgrounds. Good command of English is essential, while knowledge of additional foreign languages would be an advantage.
• Professional Qualifications: A Diploma or Professional Qualification in Hotel Management or a related field.
