Kangaroo Cabs is looking for a Digital Communications Executive to join our fast-growing Online Sales Team.

You’ll be the first friendly voice our customers meet — responding to inquiries through WhatsApp, email, website chat and SMS, and helping people book rides, airport transfers and tours.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digital communication, customer service and working in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• RESPOND TO CUSTOMER INQUIRIES VIA WHATSAPP, EMAIL & WEBSITE CHAT
• SHARE ACCURATE INFORMATION ABOUT BOOKINGS, RIDES AND SERVICES
• WORK CLOSELY WITH INTERNAL TEAMS TO RESOLVE CUSTOMER REQUESTS
• KEEP CONVERSATIONS PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND TIMELY

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• G.C.E A/L OR ABOVE
• GOOD ENGLISH COMMUNICATION (SINHALA / TAMIL IS AN ADVANTAGE)
• COMFORTABLE USING COMPUTERS, WHATSAPP AND EMAIL
• A POSITIVE, SERVICE-ORIENTED MINDSET
