Join MAS Holdings’ Bodywear Value Stream as an Intern in Industrial Engineering based at Panadura, and immerse yourself in a dynamic environment at the forefront of design, innovation, and manufacturing. In this role, you’ll contribute to key projects by attending customer inquiry and product development meetings, assisting with Standard Minute Value (SMV) calculations and costing, and preparing precise Tech Pack documentation. You’ll also support factories by providing updated SMV breakdowns, clarifying sewing methods, and addressing production concerns. Additionally, you’ll play a role in identifying process improvements and cost-saving initiatives to boost efficiency.
