Tender Handling Executive
Zhengan Industrial (Pvt) Ltd is a leading supplier of high-quality engineering and industrial products, representing globally recognized manufacturers. We support infrastructure, industrial and environmental projects across Sri Lanka. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to manage and develop our tender business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, study and analyse tender opportunities across infrastructure, industrial and related sectors.
- Prepare and submit complete tender documents, including technical and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams and principals for technical specifications, product selection, pricing and compliance.
- Liaise with consultants, engineers and relevant stakeholders during pre- and post-tender stages.
- Ensure timely submission and follow up on tender outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Support marketing and business development for our engineering and industrial product range.
- Monitor market trends, upcoming projects and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in tender handling, preferably in engineering, industrial or infrastructure products.
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Good understanding of procurement procedures and tender documentation.
- Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online tender portals (e-procurement systems).
- Experience in marketing industrial product ranges will be an added advantage.
