KSPA Packaging (Pvt) Ltd, a leading organisation in the manufacturing and packaging sector, is seeking a qualified and caring Nurse to provide first aid, basic medical support, employee health monitoring, and occupational health services at the workplace. The role will be responsible for maintaining employee health records, supporting workplace health and safety initiatives, identifying occupational health risks, managing medical emergencies, and promoting a healthy and safe working environment.

Job Profile
- Provide first aid, basic medical assistance, initial health assessments and appropriate medical referrals for employees.
- Maintain accurate employee medical records, accident registers, LTI records and workers' compensation documentation.
- Monitor employee health conditions and identify occupational illnesses, symptoms and workplace health hazards.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and recommend measures to reduce occupational health risks and unsafe conditions.
- Support infectious disease prevention, case management, isolation, contact tracing and employee health monitoring.
- Monitor health and wellness practices across the workplace, including canteen, kitchen, dining and welfare facilities.
- Coordinate vaccination programmes, health screenings and other employee wellness initiatives.
- Conduct health awareness programmes and training on first aid, CPR, infectious diseases, occupational health and safety.
- Investigate and report workplace health-related incidents and coordinate with relevant internal and external authorities.
- Support compliance with applicable occupational health, safety and public health requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with relevant health authorities and external medical service providers.
- Participate in ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other HSE-related training, audits and continuous improvement activities.
Person Profile
- Qualified Nurse with relevant professional qualifications/certifications.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in occupational health, industrial nursing or a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of first aid, employee health and occupational health practices.
- Knowledge of infectious disease control and workplace hygiene.
- Experience in medical records, accident reporting and workers' compensation.
- Good communication, counselling and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle emergencies with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 will be an added advantage.
