QUALITY SUPERVISOR

We are currently seeking a dynamic, result oriented and experienced professional to join our team as Quality Supervisor keen eye for detail, a passion for quality and leadership skills to build a high-performing quality team. We are seeking a competent and experienced quality supervisor to strengthen our quality assurance operations and ensure that our products consistently meet international buyer requirements.
Location – Panadura
What you’ll do
- Supervise in-line, end line, and final quality inspection activities.
- Ensure compliance with buyer, specifications, quality standards and approved samples.
- Monitor defect rates, identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead, guide and develop quality controllers to achieve consistent quality performance.
- Work closely with production and other departments to minimize defects, rework, and quality losses.
- Prepare quality performance reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify recurring defects and take immediate actions to prevent defective products from progressing to the next stage.
What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in garment quality assurance or quality control, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing defects, measurement tolerances and inspection procedures.
- Familiarity with buyer quality requirements and export garment manufacturing standards.
- Strong Leadership, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- A Proactive, disciplined and result-oriented approach.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and a strong commitment to quality.
