Job Profile
- Identify key markets and potential customers for service sales and modernization.
- Develop strategies to boost service sales and secure multi-brand contracts.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships for high satisfaction.
- Prepare and present quotations for maintenance, parts, and repair services.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to execute agreements.
- Manage sales portfolio, meeting or exceeding budget targets.
- Monitor financial performance and manage outstanding payments.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company regulations.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in a related field would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of Sales or Service Sales experience in the Elevator Industry is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
- Excellent skills in communication, presentation, and negotiation.
- Proficiency in market analysis, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Having a Creative, dynamic, and proactive mindset.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
