OUTLET MANAGER
Location: Wattala
We are looking for an experienced OUTLET MANAGER join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall outlet operations and achieve sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor outlet staff performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain brand standards.
- Manage stock, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and staff productivity.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and operational reports.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are properly followed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in *retail clothing/fashion* is preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory/managerial retail role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
