Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance operations including arranging payments.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Handle invoices, payments, receipts, and related financial transactions.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and accounts payable/receivable activities.
- Support monthly closing and financial reporting activities.
- Assist in preparing schedules and documents required for audits.
Key Requirements
- Part qualification in AAT, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in an accounting/finance role is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
