CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR/ TRAINEE CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR

We are seeking passionate, customer-focused, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Customer Service Team as a Customer Service Coordinator and be part of our journey towards continued success.
WE'RE LOOKING YOU IF YOU HAVE
- Holding a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field, or a qualification from SLIM.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service, coordination, marketing, sales, or support role.
- Previous experience with Order Processing Systems will be an added advantage.
- Ensure accurate order processing, follow up on deliveries, and handle after-sales support.
- A positive attitude, customer-oriented mindset, and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail, particularly in handling customer orders, specifications, and documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and address their needs efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
