EXECUTIVE – CUSTOMER RELATIONS
UltraCare (Pvt) Ltd is expanding our team, and we are looking for a passionate, customer-focused, and enthusiastic individual to join us as an Executive – Customer Relations.

Position: Executive – Customer Relations
Employment Type: Full-time
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate timely resolutions
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Operations, and Finance teams to address customer requirements
- Follow up on service requests, repairs, quotations, deliveries, and pending issues
- Maintain accurate customer records and communication details
- Monitor customer requests and ensure timely responses and resolutions
- Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve service quality
- Conduct regular customer follow-ups and support customer retention
- Prepare customer-related reports and maintain proper documentation
- Identify potential business opportunities from existing customers and coordinate with the Sales team
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Customer Service, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relations, Customer Service, Sales Coordination, or a similar role
- Experience in the IT/Technology industry will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
- Good command of English and Sinhala, with Tamil being an added advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Positive attitude with a genuine passion for customer service
