JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum qualification: GCE A/L or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales.
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil is an advantage).
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM systems).
