We are Looking for AUTOMOTIVE SUPERVISOR/FOREMAN

Requirements

Automotive Supervisor

• NVQ Level 4 or above in Automobile Technology / Motor Vehicle Mechanic / Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in automobile maintenance.
• Experience in supervising mechanics and handling vehicle maintenance activities.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical and diagnostic systems.
• Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Ability to maintain vehicle service and repair records.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to vehicle breakdowns when required.

Foreman

• NVQ Level 4 or above in Automobile Technology / Motor Vehicle Mechanic or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in vehicle repair and maintenance.
• Previous experience as an Automobile Foreman, Senior Mechanic will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical and diagnostic systems.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs.
• Ability to supervise mechanics and technicians and coordinate daily workshop activities.
• Ability to identify vehicle faults and ensure timely and quality repairs.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergency vehicle breakdowns when required.
