GVR Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, owned by Serendipity Investment Group LLC (Phoenix, Arizona), a USA-based real estate enterprise, is the developer of Dynasty Residence, the tallest high-end lifestyle apartment complex in Kandy. It is the first mixed-use development in Sri Lanka approved for both Residential and Serviced apartments, built to international standards with cutting-edge architectural designs.

Located in Kandy, Dynasty Residence offers breathtaking mountain and river views, innovative engineering features, and 17 unique floor plans. The development has earned the prestigious LEED Gold certification from the US Green Building Council for its environmentally friendly design and sustainable construction practices. A second phase, featuring a High-end Lifestyle hotel on an adjacent property, planned to commence construction before the end of the year.

Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly competent, dynamic, and energetic professional with strong personal integrity to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proactive, creative, and results-oriented, with a proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing. We offer a competitive salary package along with an attractive sales commission for the right candidate.

Candidate Profile

Experience:

• Around 7 years of proven sales experience, including supervisory or managerial roles.
• Prior experience in selling luxury residences, condominiums, or high-end luxury products to niche markets is highly advantageous. Experience working with foreigners and expatriates is a plus.
• Candidates with experience in privilege banking or investment sectors will also be preferred.

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively understand customer needs and preferences.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to promote upmarket living to domestic and international clients.

Educational Qualifications:

• A degree or professional qualification in Marketing (e.g., CIM, SLIM or equivalent)
• An MBA will be considered an added advantage.

Other Requirements:

• Must be flexible to work on weekends.
• Candidates from the Kandy District are preferred, but applicants with the required skills based in Colombo will also be considered to work from Colombo without needing to relocate to Kandy.

Attractive remuneration: LKR 150,000 + LKR 100,000 allowance + commission and performance-based incentives.
