Vacancy for Trainee Crewing & Port Agency Executive
Who we are
Hanseatic Ship Management Pvt Ltd, specializes in Ship Crew recruitment for foreign vessels. We place Officers and Ratings on board Dry and Tanker vessels. Additionally, we act as husbandry agents for our principals during their ship calls in all Sri Lankan ports. Our office is located at Rajagiriya.
Who are we looking for
Crewing & Port Agency Executive to assist as follows
Job Profile
- Liaise with Principals and proposing ideal crew member when on board vacancies are announced
- Maintain good relationship with Crew members and Government Authorities
- Coordinate crew members pre-joining formalities such as Medicals, Visas, Government Shipping Office documentation etc
- Act as ship agent when ships call in Sri Lankan ports or Outer Port Limits of Galle.
- Purchase and issue Personal Protective clothes and crew uniforms.
- Closely Monitor and renew Company certificates, License as and when necessary
- Raise month end Debit notes and invoices for submission to principals.
- Monitoring new crew applications and update crew data base
Personal Profile
- Female candidate between age 18-25, preferably school leaver
- Excellent Communicational skills in English with minimum “B” grade in OL's
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications and high level of computer literacy
- Candidates residing close to Rajagiriya area are preferred
