JUNIOR SOLUTION ENGINEER

TS Technologies, a leading provider of Digital Signage and Queue Management Solutions in Sri Lanka since 2011, serves an elite corporate clientele. We specialize in innovative technologies that enhance customer experience, including Customer Feedback Solutions, SMART Board Solutions, SMART Classrooms, and Board Room Solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Junior Solution Engineer with a passion for learning new technologies to join our team.

Role Overview

As a Junior Solution Engineer, you will be key in understanding client needs, designing tailored solutions, and supporting the sales team with technical expertise. Your role includes product demonstrations, solution presentations, and technical consultations to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver customized solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Be a technical champion for our products and services.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
• Provide technical expertise on TS Technologies’ offerings during client engagements.
• Assist in crafting proposals and solution designs tailored to client needs.
• Stay updated on our products, industry trends, and emerging technologies to enhance solution delivery.
• Conduct training sessions and offer insights to educate customers on features and functionalities of our solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar qualification in a related field would be advantageous.
• Strong technical aptitude with excellent communication and presentation skills is a must.
• Ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Prior experience in solution consulting or technical consulting is an advantage.
