SENIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE - NON-MOTOR CLAIMS
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as Senior Executive / Executive - Non Motor Claims. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and overseeing non-motor claims processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and oversee non-motor claims from initiation to settlement, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Review and assess claim documentation, investigating claims thoroughly to determine coverage and liability.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate the claims process and resolve complex issues.
- Provide guidance and support to claims team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Analyze claims data and trends to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of claims activities, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of five years of experience in non-motor claims handling, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Full or partly qualified CII (Chartered Insurance Institute) certification is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
- Proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Location: Colombo (Head Office)
