Warranty Officer – Automotive Division

Overview of the role
Do you have a passion for automotive operations and a knack for detail? We are seeking a Warranty Officer to take ownership of warranty claims, system reconciliation, and reporting functions. This role is key in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in aftersales support for some of the world’s leading automotive brands.
What You Will Do
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of warranty claims to principals via online portals.
- Analyze and resubmit warranty claims based on evaluation results to ensure approval.
- Reconcile claim submissions with SAP ERP system records and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and present MIS (Management Information System) reports to support performance monitoring.
- Provide monthly updates on warranty job closures, targets, and achievements to workshop teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams and assist with SAP warranty closures and report generation.
What equips you for the role
- Submit warranty claims and ensure successful reconciliation with system data.
- Analyze claim rejections and resubmit with necessary corrections.
- Prepare and share monthly MIS and performance reports.
- Maintain warranty records, invoicing, and documentation in compliance with policies.
Required skills to be successful
- GCE A/L + NVQ Level 4 in Automotive Engineering, with knowledge of Accounting and Finance.
- At least 2 years in a similar role, preferably in a reputed automotive organization.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP, online warranty portals, and financial reports.
- Proficient in emails, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and report preparation.
- Strong teamwork, communication, accountability, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
