ASSISTANT MANAGER - SALES
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and pursue new catering sales opportunities through networking and relationship building.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of clients to achieve sales targets.
- Attend to all sales enquiries and new sales leads through telephone, e-mails.
- Communicate with clients to assist them in event planning, selecting menus and logistics.
- Prepare and timely submit sales proposals, contracts and event orders.
- Coordinate closely with operations and productions team to facilitate and plan outdoor catering events.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2-years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities.
- Age below 35.
