Manager / Senior Assistant Manager – Factory

We are seeking a highly experienced, qualified, and dynamic individual to join our organization as Manager / Senior Assistant Manager - Factory. This individual will play a critical role in overseeing daily factory operations, ensuring efficient production processes, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and quality. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years managerial experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Experience in a tea export company is a definite advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, team management and IT skills.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for production facilities and activities.
- Meeting shipment deadlines and accountable for all tea stocks and finished goods.
- Maintaining clean and hygienic production facilities.
- Ensuring quality standards in all production activities.
- Controlling costs of factory overheads, overtime payments, machinery/equipment, maintenance etc.
- Improving worker productivity in all production processes.
- Ensuring health and safety measures are in place and practiced.
- Adhering to company ISO 22000 standards in production facilities.
- Ensuring all machinery/equipment used in production facilities is well-maintained.
