We are seeking a skilled Commis I, preferably with hot range experience, to manage the kitchen operations at a cinema location with a small team. If you are passionate about working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we would love to hear from you!

Requirements

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and maintain food quality.
• Prepare hot range menu items and ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
• Guide and support junior kitchen staff.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
• Control food cost and minimize wastage.
• Assist with kitchen admin tasks such as inventory and ordering.
