Restaurant Vacancies - Colombo

We are an established Family & Pub Restaurant, currently operating in Kottawa and we need well experienced staff to work in the F&B department as well as in the Kitchen department. The candidates with experience in working in Ala-Carte restaurants will only be considered.

Kitchen Department

  • Commis I (Hot Kitchen)
    Experienced Restaurant Commis I level Chef with knowledge in Chinese and Western cuisine and experience with action Grills. Need to have good food cost and recipe costing knowledge with experience in training and monitoring kitchen trainees.
  • Commis II/III (Hot Kitchen)
    Restaurant experience in Chinese and Western cuisine, good work and grill skills and practice. Experience with basic Bakery and dessert items will be an added advantage.

F&B Department

  • F&B Stewards
    Minimum of 3-5 years experience in working as a F&B Steward and knowledge of table set-ups, serving techniques, customer service, working with a POS system and non-alcoholic beverage preparation knowledge.

Our Requirements

  • Candidates with good personality and age below 35
  • Certificate from a hotel training school or NAITA
  • Accommodation or accommodation allowance can be arranged
  • Availability to join with a short notice
  • Ability to work on shifts and till midnight (transport not given)
