HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER (LOCAL)
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in the hospitality industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong understanding of Maldivian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work in a remote location and adapt to a flexible schedule.
