RESIDENT MANAGER / ASST. MANAGER

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Resident Manager to lead our team and ensure our guests experience unparalleled hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury service, a keen eye for detail, and a deep appreciation for the natural environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the resort, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of hospitality professionals.
- Manage budgets, financial plans, and control expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the resort.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the property.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Resident Manager or similar role in the luxury hospitality sector with minimum of 02 years experience.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- A passion for wildlife and the environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
