Join our team as the Lodge Manager at Gal Oya Lodge, nestled in the serene landscape of Ampara, Bibila. Surrounded by 25 acres of lush private forest in the East of Sri Lanka, you'll experience the wonders of wildlife and nature while being an integral part of our vibrant community. Operating from both our Colombo head office and the hotel, you'll have the opportunity to thrive in diverse environments.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Pleasing personality and possesses good interpersonal skills
- Strong grasp of the English language (written and spoken)
- Monitor Arrivals, Warmly greet and welcome guests
- Passionate about wildlife or eager to learn about it.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning and auditing
- Work with the General Manager and the board of directors to determine values, mission, and plans for short and long-term goals
- Previous experience in a similar position
