ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ph.D. in the relevant field of study.
  • Proven teaching experience, with a passion for inspiring and motivating students.
  • Strong knowledge of the subject matter and current industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in developing course materials and assessments.
  • Research experience and contributions to academic publications is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver engaging lectures and develop course materials in alignment with the curriculum.
  • Assess and evaluate student performance through exams, projects, and assignments.
  • Provide academic mentorship and career guidance to students.
  • Participate in curriculum development to keep course content up-to-date and relevant.
  • Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and advancements.
  • Collaborate with faculty on academic initiatives and student support.
  • Facilitate practical learning through group projects, case studies, and discussions.
