We are looking for a dynamic and committed individual to join our team as Management Associate attached to the Faculty of Engineering.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Scheduling faculty academic and non-academic activities such as Exams under the supervision of Dean/Associate Dean
- Arranging to collect student feedback, preparing feedback collection duty rosters, entering data to generate feedback summaries, and sharing analyzed feedback with Department Heads.
- Acting as petty cashier
- Assisting in organizing and facilitating accreditation visits
Minimum Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university/institution
- Experience in the education sector will be considered an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Proficiency in English
- Hands on experience in MS Office package.
- Strong attention to detail
