- Saturdays: 4:00 AM – 9:30 AM
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team, focusing on outbound and inbound telesales, as well as booking appointments. This role requires a strong understanding of telecommunications, particularly in internet, mobile, and phone services (B2B). Candidates with experience in Australian internet, data, and voice plans will be highly regarded. Candidates who has experience dealing with Australian Tier one companies such as Superloop or Exetel will be given high priority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 50-100 outbound and handle inbound calls to offer support on telecommunications products
- Hunter Mentality, who is driven and has strong work ethics and eager to make sales and earn extra cash.
- Book appointments with potential clients; Proven Telesales Experience is a must, especially dealing with Australian clientele will be a great advantage.
- Handle customer objections effectively and take control of conversations
- Assist with service delivery, submit and manage billing & fault requests by contacting clients and suppliers
- Log fault tickets, submit orders, and manage customer queries
- Make atleast 2 qualified appointments per day.
Required Experience:
- Proven telecommunications sales experience with products such as internet, mobile, and phone lines (B2B focus) in the Australian telecom industry is the key prerequisite.
- Experience dealing with business-to-business internet, data and IP products will be an advantage.
- Strong English language skills, both verbal and written. (Australian accent is not essential). This is a key pre-requisite as you will be making outbound cold calls as your primary role.

Remuneration:
- Starting salary: Rs 65,000 to Rs 70,000 based on experience + uncapped commissions, potential appointments and sales will result in you taking home Rs100,000 plus home.
- High potential to significantly increase earnings through qualified appointments and conversions. If you are not booking appointments, this role is not for you. We want a candidate who is hungry to make commissions.
