JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field
• Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Sales Team Management skills
• Customer Relationship Management and Communication skills
• Knowledge of travel industry trends and customer preferences
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools
