Manager / Senior Assistant Manager – Factory

We are seeking a highly experienced, qualified, and dynamic individual to join our organization as Manager / Senior Assistant Manager - Factory. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in manufacturing and operations management, demonstrating a proven track record of success. This individual will play a critical role in overseeing daily factory operations, ensuring efficient production processes, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and quality. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this position. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years managerial experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Experience in a tea export company is a definite advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, team management and IT skills.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for production facilities and activities.
• Meeting shipment deadlines and accountable for all tea stocks and finished goods.
• Maintaining clean and hygienic production facilities.
• Ensuring quality standards in all production activities.
• Controlling costs of factory overheads, overtime payments, machinery/equipment, maintenance etc.
• Improving worker productivity in all production processes.
• Ensuring health and safety measures are in place and practiced.
• Adhering to company ISO 22000 standards in production facilities.
• Ensuring all machinery/equipment used in production facilities is well-maintained.
