Title:
Sales Assistant - Showroom

Duty Hours:
9:00 am – 06:00 pm with Lunch break from 12:00 – 02:00 pm
Requirements:
- Preferences will be given to candidates with Diploma / Degree in relevant field.
- Excellent communication and customer first attitude.
- Should possess pleasant and positive personality; be self-motivated, flexible and willing to undertake responsibilities with can do attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in Showroom or Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Assist customers with product inquiries and offer recommendations based on their needs.
- Support the sales team by preparing quotations, displays, handling stock management, and updating price lists.
- Assist in handling customer queries, complaints, and following up on after-sales services.
- Help the sales team achieve individual and showroom sales targets by providing backup and administrative assistance.
Customer Service:
- Ensure a welcoming environment for showroom visitors by greeting and engaging with them professionally.
- Assist in ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt response and by providing detailed product information.
- Maintain relationships with repeat customers and build rapport with potential buyers.
Marketing Support:
- Assist in planning and executing showroom promotional activities, sales campaigns, and events (Indoor/Outdoor).
- Help create marketing content, including social media posts, promotional materials, and in-store signage.
- Contribute to organizing special in-store promotions or seasonal offers to increase showroom traffic.
- Assist in managing showroom's social media accounts by posting updates, promoting events, and responding to online queries.
Inventory and Display Management:
- Ensure that the showroom is well-organized and product displays are attractive, clean, and updated regularly.
- Assist with monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the sales team for reorders.
- Help with pricing, labeling, and managing stock control to ensure product availability.
Market Research:
- Assist in conducting market research to track customer preferences, competitor activities, and trends.
- Collect customer feedback to help tailor future marketing efforts and improve service.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to the sales and marketing team, including scheduling, paperwork, and reporting.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, track key performance indicators, and assist with budget planning for marketing activities.
- Support in maintaining databases for sales, customer and promotions.
Basic Salary:
USD 600 (Based on experience and qualification)
