JOB SUMMARY
The Textile Production Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of textile production. This includes ensuring that production goals are met efficiently, maintaining quality standards, optimizing resource use, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role requires collaboration with various departments, including quality control, design, logistics, and inventory management.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Production Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Additional certifications in production or project management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) are a plus.
Experience:
- Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in textile production management or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, machinery, and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with other departments.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
