JOB SUMMARY
The Textile Lean Management Executive is responsible for implementing, managing, and continuously improving lean manufacturing principles and practices in textile production processes. This role involves driving operational efficiency, reducing waste, and enhancing product quality through the application of lean tools and methodologies within the textile manufacturing environment. The executive will lead cross-functional teams, train staff, and monitor performance to ensure that the principles of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement strategies are consistently applied throughout the production cycle. The ultimate goal is to optimize resource utilization, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality textile products.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certification in Lean Six Sigma is preferred.
Experience:
- At least 5-7 years of experience in textile manufacturing with a focus on Lean or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven experience in leading lean transformation projects within a textile or similar manufacturing environment.
- Experience with textile production processes such as weaving, dyeing, finishing, and quality control.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Six Sigma.
- Data analysis skills with the ability to interpret production data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to drive process improvements.
- Familiarity with textile industry-specific challenges, including quality control, equipment maintenance, and labor optimization.
- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple improvement initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume textile production environment.
- Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and waste reduction in textile production.
