JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator & Manager to enhance our digital presence across various platforms. This role involves crafting engaging content, managing social media channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align our online strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop compelling visual and written content tailored for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (formerly Twitter).
- Social Media Management: Schedule, publish, and monitor posts to ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement.
- Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a vibrant online community.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with company initiatives and campaigns.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant topics into content strategies.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to evolving digital landscapes.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
- Prior experience in social media management or content creation is advantageous but not mandatory.
