Operation Executive (01 Position)
Requirements:
- Leadership skills with a pleasant personality and strong initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organization and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in other languages is an extra qualification
- Professional qualification and experience in travel and tourism would be an added advantage
- Excellent customer service skills
- Age preferably below 40 years
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage customized tour routes, itineraries, cost estimate for FIT and Group Tours that can meet client’s needs
- Implement quality control measures to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain good relationship with suppliers and negotiate the rates
- Team player, positive attitude and ability to work independently
- Maintain good relationship with travel agents around the world
