Assistant Manager – Compliance Review and Assurance

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the first line functions are adhering to the requirements under AML program by conducting compliance reviews based on annual compliance plan.
  • Rollout risk and compliance programs for sales distribution channels.
  • Plan and conduct annual review & assurance program for sales distribution channel.
  • Support Investigation team on specific investigation reviews on identified wealth planners and report to CRO.
  • Facilitate training for distribution channels to create awareness on risk and compliance requirements such as AML, Sales Compliance & Fraud Risk Mitigation.

Candidates are required to have

  • A degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Business Management with minimum 04 years of experience in compliance, internal auditing, finance or distribution.
  • Fluency in other MS Office packages especially in MS Word.
  • Attention to detail, information analysis and detailed evaluating skills.
