Service Advisors - Automotive Service Operations

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries.
  • Welcome customers and explain work upon collection.
  • Update customers on vehicle progress and follow up on quotes.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records.
  • Issue invoices, collect payments, and deliver vehicles to customers.
  • Coordinate with technicians and order parts as needed.
  • Respond to calls, complete paperwork, and resolve inquiries promptly.
  • Ensure vehicles are clean upon delivery and describe services performed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3 to 4 years overall experience in an automobile dealership or a reputed multi-brand workshop out of which a minimum of 2 years should be as a Service Advisor.
  • A degree/ diploma in Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering would be preferred.
  • Should possess a valid driving license.
  • Good command in Sinhala & English languages.
  • Progressive & Positive attitude.
  • Good communication skills & customer oriented.
