IT, SOCIAL MEDIA & DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE - KANDY

We are seeking a highly competent, dynamic and energetic professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proactive, creative and result-oriented. We offer very competitive salary to the right candidate and attractive incentives for self-initiated work. Age requirement – below 35 yrs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain office IT infrastructure, hardware, and software systems
• Provide first-line technical support to staff (troubleshooting, setup, maintenance)
• Oversee website updates, performance monitoring, and SEO optimization
• Ensure data security, backups, and compliance with IT policies
• To assist overall operation by providing or taking the leadership to introduce improvements by automating for enhanced efficiency
• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.)
• Create engaging content (graphics, videos, posts) aligned with brand identity
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports
• Manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads etc)
• Collaborate on email marketing and digital outreach initiatives

Skills and Attributes:

• Should have a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in IT support and digital marketing
• Proficiency in graphic design tools
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, SEO, and online analytics
• Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail
• Excellent command in English and Sinhala. Knowledge in Tamil will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress)
• Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS
• Experience with CRM tools and email marketing platforms
