Responsibilities
- Manage inbound inquiries and complaints for the Masterstrokes program.
- Conduct outbound calls for clarifications, complaint resolutions, and data collection.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Telecom Partners, and IT for issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to exchange critical data (e.g., bank details, surveys, documents).
- Oversee participant registration and ensure accurate record-keeping for all activities.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Tamil and/or Sinhala is required.
- Strong English reading and writing skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
