SENIOR EXECUTIVE IMPORTS & INVENTORY CONTROL

We at W T S LINES LANKA (PVT) LTD over 10 years’ experience in the Shipping industry into International NVOCC and Freight Forwarding operation with rapidly expanding business activities. With the support of our valued clients, we have been expanding in terms of clientele, business volume, worldwide agents’ network and other aspects of the business.

We at WTS seeking a hard-working and self-motivated individual to join our growing and dynamic team. The employee in this role will assist our company growth, development and smooth function of operation.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Shipping & Logistics Industry.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Ms Office and email applications.
• Ability to work with local, principle and vendor ERP system.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor the shipments on daily basis.
• Processing ASYHUB / ASUCUDA EDI manifesting.
• Monitor and update status of the shipment to customer.
• Ability to communicate with overseas agents.
• Manage timely follow-ups and report to management.
• Prioritize shipments based on client requirements.
• Identify and address inventory discrepancies, reporting findings to management.
• Coordinating with principals, agents, vendors & relevant stake holders.

Salary is negotiable and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience to the right candidate.
