KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct and engage in informative culinary demonstrations for students according to the set curriculum.
• Guide students through practical sessions, ensuring high standards of learning.
• Manage à la carte food preparation and presentation with students.
• Support curriculum goals by sharing real-world industry insights and techniques.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a hotel, restaurant or catering service with a strong focus on à la carte service.
• Diploma/degree in commercial cookery, or related field.
• Prior experience in culinary education or student mentoring is a must.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A passion for teaching and developing culinary talents in youngsters.
