Are you fresh out of hotel school and ready to make waves in the global food scene? We're looking for the brightest young culinary minds to help revolutionize how the world experiences Barramundi.
THE CHOSEN CANDIDATE WILL DO:
- Be the eyes and ears of market trends – scan global food scenes for emerging ideas
- Attend international trade shows, work directly with world-class chefs, and represent our innovation
- Develop value-added, ready-to-cook, and health-focused Barramundi-based products
- Lead new product roadshows across regions to introduce exciting concepts
- Collaborate closely with our internal product development team and senior leadership
- Spot emerging consumer trends and market shifts to craft innovative products, while staying agile to future demands and changing customer preferences
YOU SHOULD BE:
- A recent graduate from a top hotel school, with a passion for food innovation
- Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills
- Creative, curious, and driven – you see seafood as an exciting canvas, not just a dish
- Passionate about sustainability, and excited to make an impact
