Job Title: JUNIOR BUSINESS ANALYST / PROJECT COORDINATOR

Location: Colombo 06

The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated, dynamic, result-oriented professional with attention to detail. We would like to hear from you if you are looking for an exciting opportunity. Your primary responsibility would be to coordinate with the customers and collect business requirements, documentation and business process mapping. Comprehensive training will be provided.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Coordinating with customers, collecting project requirements, & documentation.
  • Business process mapping
  • Maintaining and monitoring project schedules.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions.
  • Create presentations and training materials

WE PREFER YOU TO HAVE THESE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Management Information Systems or relevant professional qualification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Business process mapping and documentation skills.
  • Exposure to JavaScript would be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Databases and creating reports would be preferred.
  • Knowledge in BA processes, best practices, and methodologies would be an added advantage.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar capacity would be an added advantage.
