RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support driver partners by resolving daily issues and concerns.
  • Communicate company benefits and incentives to improve driver retention.
  • Offer personalized service and assistance to driver partners.
  • Train new drivers on how to use the platform effectively.
  • Work with district agents and freelancers to manage daily targets.
  • Help grow the business by balancing supply and demand.
  • Take part in driver activation and engagement programs.
  • Support the team to achieve district goals and targets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • O/L and A/L qualifications are required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Sinhala/Tamil.
  • Problem-solving mindset and strong customer service skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
