A&R Textil is an industry supplier with a focus on technical textiles. We have ten locations in seven different countries. Product development and planning is based in Germany. WORK STUDY OFFICER (Male/Female)
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of work study experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficient in time and motion study techniques, method study, and lean manufacturing concepts.
- Analyze existing work processes, layouts, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement best practices to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in capacity planning and line balancing for optimal resource utilization.
- Collaborate with production, planning, and quality teams to implement improvements.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
