Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
• Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably within the hotel industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Effective time management skills
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle on-ground situations, including critical staffing issues
• Must have a valid driving license
• Age below 45
