Situated on the 9th Floor of the HQ Colombo building, this sleek and modern venue provides a sophisticated atmosphere for after-work drinks, networking, and celebrating Sri Lanka’s street food culture. With both indoor and outdoor seating options, guests can enjoy a breathtaking view of the cityscape, including the lotus tower and Colombo Port.
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to join our high-end restaurant and bar in Colombo 10.
GUEST RELATION EXECUTIVE
WHAT YOU WILL BE OVERLOOKING
- Has full knowledge of all products and is able to confidently give descriptions to a customer
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
- Build and maintain strong guest relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements
- Is able to spot a sales opportunity to upsell products and service to existing or potential guests
- Has a full understanding and can when asked explain the brand concept, history and vision
- Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure correct protocol and treatment is prepared and given to our high profile VIP guests
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance at all times
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Prior experience in hospitality, front office, or guest relations.
- Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends as required
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations
- Outgoing, confident, and friendly personality with a passion for hospitality
- Excellent communication skills in English
