COMPANY BACKGROUND
ANATIONZ, is a popular brand known in the Sri Lankan local market for its finest Linen products for Men's since 2009, the brand value has been increasing with the creativity of styles, colours and the variety of products offered for Men's to suit many occasions.
All garments are manufactured within Grace Lanka Apparels (Pvt) Ltd. situated in Noel Mendis Mawatha, Modarawila Industrial Zone, Panadura and is comprehensively managed by our own professional teams.
QUALITY CONTROL EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities.
- Support the development, implementation and maintenance of quality management system across the organization.
- Prepare and maintain quality related documents and reports with accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to uphold and enhance quality standards.
- Provide support to the Factory Manager to maintain the quality standards and to identify the quality gaps.
- Define standards and ensure consistent quality assurance & QMS methods are adhered.
Requirements.
- A Degree or Diploma in Quality Management or related field.
- 3 plus years’ of experience in the Apparel Manufacturing Industry.
- Age below 45 years.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.
WORK STUDY OFFICER
Responsibilities.
- Prepare sewing module layout based on operation break down and balance the layout as per the set standards.
- Arrange module workplace in an engineered manner to ensure GSD Methods are followed during bulk production.
- Complete the capacity and production improvements until operations reach expected level of performance.
- Monitor and maintain the skill level of all team members on continuous basis for required style changes.
Requirements.
- Certificate/Diploma in work study from a recognized institute.
- Knowledge in garment construction sewing techniques work aids etc.
- Thorough knowledge on sewing machinery and other related equipment.
- Minimum of 2 years hands on experience in similar capacity.
- Living close proximity to the Panadura would be considered as an added advantage.
